Our Story
It all started in 1999, when our founder, Sarah Mills, struggled to find pajamas and lounge clothes that were both comfortable and stylish. After years of settling for shapeless, oversized men’s styles or flimsy women’s pajama sets, Sarah decided to take matters into her own hands.
Using her background in fashion design, Sarah began creating women’s sleepwear and loungewear that combined soft, luxurious fabrics with flattering silhouettes and feminine detailing. The focus was on delivering beautifully made clothing that women genuinely loved to wear.
The first collection was an instant hit with women who were tired of choosing between comfort and style. Stars Above® was officially launched in 2000, with a small line of loungewear and pajamas.
Over the years, we have expanded our collection to include robes, slippers, clothing, and accessories – but our commitment to quality, comfort, and confidence remains the same. We aim to help every woman look and feel her best, whenever she’s relaxing at home or out running errands.
