We process orders Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders place outside these hours will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on US national holidays.
Once an order is processed, standard domestic delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping dates are calculated from the date the order leaves our warehouse. Transit times may vary due to shipping carrier practices, delivery location, extreme weather, peak seasons, and other conditions.
International shipping delivery times vary by destination country and customs processes. Please review shipping timelines and costs during checkout for estimates to your location. We are not liable for shipping delays and cannot guarantee arrival dates or transit times provided by the carrier.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information when your order is on its way. Please ensure the shipping address on your order is correct before submitting as we cannot modify addresses after an order is placed. It is your responsibility to arrange any re-delivery attempts.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and will issue refunds or exchanges on most products sold on our website within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any personal or intimate products.
